For our younger children in Early Years Foundation Stage, learning can still come about through play and exploration both inside and out. Playing with your child in role play situations, playing simple games, baking, using practical skills with scissors, pencils, throwing and catching and using cutlery are all valuable skills and being at home is a great time to practise using them. Most of all sharing time with your child, communicating, talking and enjoying each others company will ensure your children makes progress in all the areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
