Phonics and Reading In Pre-School
Developing a love of reading with your child is one of the best gifts you can give them. At school we encourage this through daily story times, role playing stories, story sacks and weekly visits to the school library to choose new books.
We cannot encourage you enough to read books often with your child, discussing the stories, linking them to their own experiences and thinking about what might happen next. Please find some top tips for reading with your child below.
