All their meat is farm assured and locally sourced. Their ham, pork, meatballs and sausage are from locally outdoor reared pigs. Their vegetables are sourced from a local farm shop and their potatoes are locally grown in Glentham. They also use a range of Organic and Fair trade ingredients within their seasonal menus. They only use fish from sustainable sources (Marine stewardship council). All their eggs are free range. They ensure the meals leaving their kitchen are of the highest standard
